When you book a session with me, you are investing in a premium, personalized partnership for your hair. Here is my promise to every client who sits in my chair: 🎨 No Surprise Pricing (Sticker Shock): Before we mix a single bowl of color, we will thoroughly discuss your hair goals, the steps required to get there, and the exact final cost. You will always have complete clarity before your service begins. 🌱 Hair Integrity First: Beautiful hair is healthy hair. I specialize in advanced techniques that prioritize the strength and long-term health of your hair. Throughout your service, I will include you in the process and educate you on exactly how we are protecting and maintaining your look. 💆♀️ A Private, Tranquil Sanctuary: Your time is valuable. My salon is a comfortable, private, and peaceful space designed for relaxation. There are no double-bookings or chaotic rushes—my attention is completely dedicated to you and your hair. Booking Details & Policies: Securing Your Appointment (New clients only): A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your time slot for new clients booking all-inclusive color transformatios. This deposit goes directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your time slot for all new Keratin clients. Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to protect my calendar and allow other clients the opportunity to book. CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you must cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, please call or text me at (901)921-1536 to let me know. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the appointment time, I'll charge 25% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 50% of the service total, and that fee must be paid prior to receiving your next scheduled service. Habitual cancelling and rescheduling of appointments may be restricted from online booking.
